1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ANS VISUALS website (ansvisuals.com) and any services offered by ANS VISUALS ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

ANS VISUALS provides professional photo and video production services including, but not limited to:

  • Commercial content creation
  • Personal branding photography and video
  • Boudoir photography (18+ only)
  • Studio rental
  • Model & talent casting
  • Campaign production

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require a confirmed agreement and a deposit to secure the date. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled session.

Full payment is due before delivery of final files. ANS VISUALS reserves the right to retain all raw and edited files until full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, and creative works produced by ANS VISUALS remain the intellectual property of ANS VISUALS until full payment is received and a usage license is granted.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ANS VISUALS retains the right to use delivered content for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, including on social media and the website.

5. Boudoir & Adult Content

Boudoir photography sessions are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a boudoir session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. ANS VISUALS reserves the right to request identity verification. All boudoir content is handled with strict confidentiality and is never shared publicly without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANS VISUALS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
